the sun sets on the ice

The ice is apparently supposed to melt soon so I took these photos in Tholen just as the day closed and before the skates head back up to the attic.

      Thank you Edward :-) looks pretty amazing where you live too! I like the scenes snow and ice provide...just not the cold...roll on Spring ^_^

    So very beautiful! We have nothing like this here! I remember seeing skaters in winter while I was in New York and also Cananda, many years ago - it is such a beautiful sight at night! Thanks for sharing Andrea. :)
